Banff Hotels & Lodges

banff hotels

Hotels in Banff have a long history of welcoming visitors from Alberta, Canada and the rest of the world, and they pride themselves on providing the quality of service and the level of comfort you would expect from a world class destination such as Banff National Park.
Banff hotel rooms do not normally have kitchen facilities and are mostly sold on a room only basis, leaving you free to dine in the hotel restaurant or in one of the many fantastic international restaurants in the town centre.
Here is a list of some of the more popular lodges and hotels in Banff.

Banff International Hotel

Centrally located on the fringe of downtown Banff, the Banff International offers well appointed traditionally decorated rooms with free wireless internet, coffee/tea facilities, satellite TV, with most rooms having a mini fridge. Various room types are available, which mainly differ on bed configuration and view. Aloft room with a sitting area is also available.

Rimrock Resort Hotel

Often compared with the Banff Springs, the Rimrock is Banff’s alternative luxury hotel, and its location above the town of Banff at the foot of Sulphur Mountain provides it with arguably even better mountain views than it’s rival. Rooms are exquisitely appointed, are of a good size, and are well positioned to benefit from the amazing views. The lounge bar with walk-around fireplace is very welcoming, and the Eden restaurant is one of the best in western Canada.
